Should I just hire an Architect or Engineer?


Investors know they can hire Architects or Engineers but they also know they will have a much bigger price tag attached. Commercial Property Investors want to know results quick depending on the property and location. Sure, they can hire Architects or Engineers but they also know it will cost them more because first thing that will happen is they’ll hire a Contractor to oversee everything.
