Our Life Safety Inspection is not a County or State Official Inspection but an overall knowledge-based inspection of the basic requirements for your building if you are a Lessee, Realtor or an Investor and want to know if your potential investment is up to date.
When you partner with us we conduct a walkthrough inspection of your current Life Safety equipment and verify that what you have is sufficient and its current condition. We point out deficiencies and or up to date items such as Emergency Lights, Kitchen Hoods, Fire Extinguisher certificates and other compliances before you risk spending more on state or government regulations after the fact.

This is not inclusive but we inspect these items for current tags and observe their current condition and deliver a written report but is not meant to be a Certification of your Life Safety System only your local Fire Marshal can sign off on that.
