An Owners Representative is a valuable asset to any project owner
We operate as part of the project team, but work under a separate contract held directly with the owner. Our role is to act on behalf of the owner to oversee the entire project. This can include the planning, design, construction and commissioning, as well as the closeout phases. An owner’s representative reports directly to the owner and always acts in their best interest.
